BUREAU founder Margot Herster presents workshop at Harvard Innovation Lab

Posted by BUREAU of CHANGE in Events, Lectures & Talks

BUREAU of CHANGE founder, Margot Herster, discussed her work on digital media education as a social, political and economic practice at Harvard Innovation Lab in a workshop on innovation in visual communication organized by Sarah and Max Schorr.

For the workshop, Margot presented BUREAU’s apprenticeship model, examples of our creative and interdisciplinary collaborations, and accomplishments as related to shortfalls of digital media educational institutions and state funded programs in Louisiana.

Each panelist gave brief presentations focusing on some aspects of their own work, while also posing discussion questions for the group. An open conversation followed the presentations.
