BUREAU of CHANGE released this public record on the student cost of financial and curricular fraud in higher education in Louisiana. Informed by reports from concerned students over the integrity of their education, we investigated the digital media program at Louisiana State University within the context of Governor Jindal’s economic and workforce development initiatives and the national education crisis.

Interviews, audit reports, emails, recordings and other official documents of the state of Louisiana form the basis for BUREAU of CHANGE’s conclusions on how financial improprieties reflect a broader “academic environment where faculty and administrators feel free to indulge their fears, egos, and greed over their responsibility to students.”
