We work for inter-institutional cooperation among antagonists with the most extreme emotional and politico-psychological repulsion such that diplomacy, even words of goodwill intended only for show, seems impossible.

In 2013, we launched our first theaterofdiplomacy with North Korea. Our talks produced several innovative joint initiatives in areas of chicken rations and food waste, digital labor camps, waterfront refugee havens, celebration of founding mythologies, sports, and freedom of hair expression. We monitor these initiatives and hope to see history unfold as to their ultimate wisdom.
